Pricing

I charge $150-300 per hour with a maximum of 4 hours in one day. If you need an artist for a longer period of time or for a very large group (Over 100 people). I am happy to tag team with a secondary artist and have us work together to fill your needs. Each additional artist would require a separate hourly rate, materials, and travel fee.

I charge $75 per hour to bring an assistant for high volume or "once in a lifetime" events. I will use my experience and discretion to decide if I require one to come to your event but it is otherwise an optional add on. Many people (for example) dream about their weddings for years. For such emotionally high stakes I will necessitate bringing on an assistant to manage the line, and ensure smooth flow for the both of us. For example a guest who has been waiting to get painted may suddenly need to leave to give a speech. With an assistant they can be photographed, information noted and then drawn in while they enjoy the moment rather than stressing about making it in time for both. I reserve the right to refuse your event if I believe one is necessary and you disagree.

​I charge a flat fee for travel and materials. Materials is $30-$150 depending on your party size and materials. But typically sits around $50. Travel fee will depend on the distance your event is from my location (Austin).

Want to make sure everyone feels included? Add on an "extras" option for $20 a head. Often I will recommend that organizers add this in case folks have been waiting in line a while and time gets cut off or if you have guests who are also a part of the team running the show and may not get to participate in the fun while its happening. Generally 3-5 is sufficient. For this option I require a photo of the person and an address to return the drawings to afterwards.
